I received special appreciation for this soup. My boy said that the nectar of the gods is not as good as my soup: D I was really surprised, I did not use special ingredients. It matters that I had veal raised and slaughtered in the household [of relatives], vegetables grown in my own garden or from my mother-in-law. I prepared this soup with the Philips Multicooker.

  • 500 gr veal
  • 250 gr green peas - frozen
  • 2 carrots
  • 2 potatoes
  • 1 onion
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 green celery stalk
  • 1/2 teaspoon hot pepper paste
  • 1 cup tomato broth - homemade
  • lemon juice -optional
  • salt
  • 3 eggs
  • 9 tablespoons gray

Preparation time: less than 60 minutes

RECIPE PREPARATION Veal soup with green peas - at Multicooker:


  1. The veal is washed and portioned into 3/3 cm cubes.

  2. The vegetables are washed, cleaned and washed again.

  3. cut the carrots into rounds with a corrugated knife for appetizers. Finely chop the onion. Slice the celery and cut the potatoes into cubes.

  4. Connect the appliance to the mains, enter 2l of water and set the Boil function with the menu key. Select the cooking time 45 minutes and press Start.

  5. Boil the meat, bay leaf, carrots, celery and onion. Sarati. Season with hot pepper paste. Put the potatoes after about 20 minutes.

  6. After 30 minutes, add to the soup dumplings that you prepare from beaten eggs, foam, salt and semolina added gradually.

  7. Add the green peas and broth. Let it boil for a maximum of 10 minutes.

  8. At the end, switch off the appliance, add a cup of cold water and lower the lid. This way the dumplings will be fluffier.

  9. Taste and season with salt if needed.

  10. Serve hot soup with weighed greens on top.

  11. I wanted it to be sour [the peas gave it too sweet a taste] and I seasoned it with lemon juice.

Dumplings: When you put them in the juice, they should boil moderately, so that the dumplings do not spread. Put the spoon first in the hot juice, take about half a spoon that you bring to the edge of the bowl in which you prepared them. Their shape will be in the form of a leaf. Raise the spoon and make a light cut in the middle. Now you can boil the dumpling.


Method of preparation

We clean and wash the vegetables well. Turn on the device, select the & quotfry & quot function and program for 15 minutes. Put the oil in the bowl of the appliance and add the diced veal.

While the meat is cooking a little, add one by one while chopping the onion and pepper. Then one after the other the sliced ​​carrot, the sliced ​​parsley and the diced potatoes. At the end we put a handful of frozen or fresh peas.

All this lasted 15 minutes.

Put hot water in the bowl up to the maximum indicator (approx. 2300 ml of water), add the donut paste and salt and close the lid.

Select the & quotstew & quot function - 1 hour. After this time has elapsed, add the tomato juice and the finely chopped celery leaves, sprinkle a little pepper and turn on the appliance for another 10-15 minutes.

After this time has elapsed, add the chopped green parsley and leave the appliance on "warm warm" until ready to serve. Or if we don't serve then we can turn it off completely and unplug the appliance.

Missing sorrel from childhood, a few years ago, I planted some sorrel seeds in the garden. Well, since then, year after year, a beautiful sorrel bush grows for me as long as the summer.
I admit, however, that I enjoy it the most in the spring, when the first leaves appear. Usually the first & # 8220green & # 8221 in the yard, sour and full of juice, sorrel leaves are great in both salads and soups.

Ingredients veal soup with sorrel

about 500 g of veal
2 large carrots
2 potatoes
1/2 red pepper
1/2 celery
1 onion
a little bit of oil
3 tablespoons broth
salt and pepper to taste
1 plate of sorrel
100 ml sour cream and 2 egg yolks

First, I hardened the onion with the pepper a little, then I added the diced meat and left it on the fire until it turned white on all sides. I poured the water until the pot was almost full and I added the rest of the chopped vegetables. I seasoned and let it boil until the meat was soft.

When the meat was cooked, I added the broth and until it boiled a little, I prepared the cream and the yolks to straighten the soup. I took out the hot juice and poured it over the cream mixed with the yolks, until the composition warmed up. Then I poured everything back into the soup.
I took it off the heat and immediately added the chopped sorrel.

Last weekend I was in the country and among other goodies that I brought with us from there was a fat chicken from the yard. My mother-in-law insisted on "making the kind" of a chicken and giving it to us to make a 'real' soup out of it.

The thing with the 'real' soup is really real, meaning that the soup really tastes like chicken, chicken, etc. unlike the one made from food chickens.

Because our hen was not very old, it boiled relatively quickly and the soup was a treat! I invite you to a portion if you don't believe me! :)

  • 1 chicken (chest, back, wings, liver, claws, pipota - only the thighs not), 2 carrots, 2 onions, 1 red pepper, 2-3 potatoes, 2-3 tablespoons vegetable mix (peas, beans, carrots, etc), 3 tomatoes, 1/2 celery, noodles, parsley, salt.

The chicken was already portioned by my mother-in-law, so I just washed all the entrails once more and boiled it. After the first boil I changed the water.

I boiled the pot with the chicken and as much water as possible because it boiled alone for 1 hour and 20 minutes [the boiling thing depends on each chicken, respectively if it is 'babaciune' or 'chick' :))]. Mine was about middle-age :))

After I cooked it for 1 hour and 20 minutes, I started to put the vegetables in the order I always use: carrot, celery, vegetable mix, onion, pepper, potatoes.

When the vegetables were almost all ready, I added the peeled and grated tomatoes (or cut into small cubes) and seasoned with salt.


Veal soup with green peas - at Multicooker - Recipes

Preparation time: 50 min.

Ingredient: 800 g of veal, 800 g of tomatoes, two carrots, a celery, a parsley root, 4 onions, a bell pepper, 400 g peas, 400 ml borscht, a bunch of larch, salt, pepper.

Method of preparation: The veal is cut into small pieces, washed and placed in a cold bowl. Peel onions, wash and cut in half or leave whole.
Carrots, celery and parsley root are peeled, washed and put on a large grater. Peel a squash, grate it and cut it into thin slices or cubes.
Tomatoes are scalded for a few minutes in hot water, then peeled and finely chopped.
Boil 3 liters of water and veal in a pot. Take the foam, add the onions, carrots, chopped parsley root and celery. Let it boil for 20 minutes on medium heat, add the tomatoes, peas and pepper slices.
Boil the borscht separately and pour into the pot, adding salt and pepper to taste.
When the meat is cooked, sprinkle with finely chopped larch, turn off the heat and cover the pot with a lid.
Serve hot with hot polenta.

        Put the meat to boil in a bowl, taking care to froth it from time to time. Meanwhile, chop all the vegetables finely. After the meat has cooked for about half an hour, add the onion, carrots, celery, parsnips and parsley root.

        When the vegetables and meat are almost cooked, add the bell pepper, bring the potatoes to a boil and add the tomato juice.

        At the end, add the beaten egg, salt to taste, add the borscht, leave the soup on the fire for another 5-10 minutes and you're done. You have a very tasty soup!

        I really like fresh borscht, if you can't find the soup you're used to.

        although I'm not the biggest fan of soups, there are some that I like, especially the sour ones.

        I love beef soup. in my opinion it is the best. that's how you made me want it :) I do it less often because I can't wait to boil the meat :))
