1
Preheat the oven to 375°F.
2
Prepare dough by following the directions on the back of the Betty Crocker™ Snickerdoodle Cookie Mix package.
3
Using a cookie scooper, scoop one ball of dough and add a caramel square in the center. Then roll the dough into a ball covering the caramel completely.
4
Roll the dough ball into the cinnamon and sugar mixture that comes inside the box of cookie mix.
5
Place cookies on a cookie sheet lined with foil or parchment paper. (Note: It’s best to give the cookies some space to spread out, so baking 9 at a time works well.)
6
Bake for 10-11 minutes.
7
Enjoy them warm when the caramel is gooey!

- Who doesn't love snickerdoodle cookies? These are stuffed with gooey caramel. Sooo irresistible!Snickerdoodles are a favorite in our home this time of year. And this year, instead of the traditional cookie, we're giving it an easy and gooey twist by adding a caramel square inside every center! What is it with stuffing things this time of year? Stuffed turkeys, stuffed potatoes and now stuffed cookies?! I guess a little “stuffing” makes everything taste better, especially when caramel is involved! The sweet gooeyness pours out of the center when the cookies are warm, and they're beyond incredible. You can also garnish them with a dash of sea salt... because who doesn't love salted caramel?Enjoy them warm, when the caramel is gooey!
