I really liked the cake that Motanel brought to the meeting and I said to reproduce it with what I had in the fridge. The only problem was that I forgot to put seeds on top, otherwise it was very good!
Thanks Motanel for the recipe! >: D

  • 3 husband eggs
  • 175 g telemea cream
  • salt pepper
  • 100 g salami
  • 1/2 red bell pepper
  • 1/2 green bell pepper
  • black olives
  • 1 1/2 cana faina
  • 1 sachet of baking powder
  • chopped green parsley

Servings: 1

Preparation time: less than 30 minutes

In a bowl, beat the eggs well with a pinch of salt. Add the telemea cream and mix well. The salami is cut into small cubes, as well as the red and green bell peppers. Cut the olives into slices. Put all over the egg mixture and mix well. Mix the flour with the baking powder and place over the mixture. Season with salt and pepper to taste. At the end, add the chopped parsley, mix well and then pour all the composite into a cake pan, lined with baking paper.

Place in the preheated oven at 180 degrees and leave for about 35-40 minutes, until nicely browned on top.

It is served with a cup of milk or yogurt, it goes perfectly for the work package.

Good appetite!

If the composition is too greasy, you can add a little milk as needed.

At the risk of sounding like a layman, but still I will ask, where did this come from and who wrote it at all?
