1 bag of rice noodles
1 chicken breast
olive oil
1 onion
1/2 red pepper
1/2 green pepper
1 small yellow carrot
1 small orange carrot
1 jar of mini mushrooms
30 gr roasted hazelnuts
1/2 bottle of soy sauce
2 tablespoons starch / flour
chilli powder

Put the rice noodles in cold water to soak. Cut the chicken breast into strips and fry in olive oil. Onions, peppers and carrots are cut into sticks, sliced ​​mushrooms and put in the pan. Add the soy sauce and fry over high heat. Add the hazelnuts, chilli powder, then sprinkle with flour, mix well and pour into a pan and a cup of water. At the end, add the noodles.
Two servings of soy sauce are added to the serving. Super good!

150g brown rice,
500g turkey breast,
3 tablespoons olive oil,
2 bell peppers: 1 red, 1 yellow,

2 teaspoons curry,

200 ml soup.

1. Boil the rice in salted water. When ready, set aside.

3. In a hot wok pan, mine -) - put the oil, then put the vegetables to harden for 5 minutes.

Add the meat, sprinkle with curry and hot pepper.

I put a large spoonful of chopped hot peppers in vinegar - mix, cover with a lid and let simmer for a few minutes.
It tastes good with salt and pepper.
Add the soup and simmer for about 10 minutes.

4. The food is served hot on a bed of rice.

Garnish with a dill thread.
