Peeled and sliced onions are hardened in oil and a little water, approx. 5 minutes on high heat, uncovered. Then add the minced meat, mash and salami, the mushrooms cleaned and coarsely chopped, leaving to cook for approx. 5 minutes on high heat, uncovered.

The above mixture is removed from the heat, add the cream cheese, finely chopped pepper, eggs and finely chopped dill, and mix gently until all the ingredients are incorporated.

Meanwhile, in a heat-resistant tray, place the tart dough, about three quarters (one quarter is kept for the lid!), Prick it with a fork and bake it in the preheated oven for approx. 15 min at 200 degrees C

The Chinese eggplant is sliced, salted and left to cool for approx. Ten minutes. Then wash with salt and fry on a hot grill, sprinkled with a little olive oil.

After the dough is baked, turn the filling over, then decorate with fried eggplant and mozzarella slices, then place the strips of the remaining dough, which is greased with beaten egg and the cake is baked for approx. 25 minutes at 200 degrees C.

Serve hot or cold. Good luck and good luck!

Simona's World

What else should we eat ?! That's already a big problem. Except for the fit and the mottos, the weather outside doesn't help us at all.
Let's go back. From time to time we go to the Chinese restaurant, and one of our favorite dishes is Noodles, me with chicken, he with beef. Today, I made chicken, but we both craved it !!

I hurried to post this recipe because it's worth trying as long as you can find the wonderful green onion in the markets, as it comes to green goodies, since I've been trying to try Andrea's Chinese onion pancakes, and last year I still I said I do them and winter has come over me and I haven't had a chance, and I'll keep thinking about them, offf.

Boil the hammers a little and then lightly brown them in sunflower oil.

Chopped and washed onions and garlic, fry in the same oil until lightly softened,

Chicken tart, salted meats and Chinese eggplant - Recipes

The first time I ate something like this in the States. In fact, if I'm good at thinking about a lot of food, I tasted it for the first time in the States, from traditional Mexican dishes to Chinese ones. And to make a parenthesis, I want to tell you that on the first night when I arrived I was at some family gatherings that took me to a Chinese restaurant where I had something with chicken in the first place, very good anyway, but soup from the next dish it was red, creamy and had some long stuff in it, some resembling carrots cut into slices, but others were pearls with a strange, almost gummy texture. Even today I didn't find out what I actually ate and I don't think I really care, but I know it was a very tasty soup!
Returning to Mexican food, I was surprised tamales how well its aroma resembles that of our polenta. I think I will do it at the first opportunity when I fall green proumb buns in my hand.
As avocados appeared in our country, I decided to make guacamoles, especially since it is fasting, and the body needs vitamins and healthy food in general.

N e c e s a r e:
1 avocado
1 red
2 cloves of garlic
1 string green onion
lemon juice

P r e p a r a r e:
I peeled the tomato, washed the avocado and removed the core. I cleaned the garlic, as well as the onion. I added a few drops of lemon juice, for which I used the teaspoon of avocado that I passed on the surface of half a lemon and I got exactly the amount I wanted. I put everything in the robot (or it works in any shredder).

I mixed everything until it became almost a homogeneous paste. It's an explosion of color and flavor. I really like it when the food delights not only the taste but also the sight and the smell. :))

It's true that I didn't have nachos, but I served it with tortilla chips and it was a great snack.

Chicken tart, salted meats and Chinese eggplant - Recipes

Turkey, turkey, turkey. Long live the turkey. And Dad, that he raised him and stuffed him properly -)
According to a recipe from rev. Freedom Recipes, Spicy Medallions, I made this dish, but I changed the title.
Well, "medallion" is called a slice of whole meat, not strips of meat as in this recipe.
Most of the time, the magazines miss the names of the preparation, even for as a wrong translation, yes for that the editor gives him a title as he wears it. '
In any case, it's a delicious recipe, sorry, spicy and delicious.

Portions: 2
250 calories / serving
Preparation: 45 min.
Boiling: 30 min.

150g brown rice,
500g turkey breast,
3 tablespoons olive oil,
2 bell peppers: 1 red, 1 yellow,
a hot pepper,
2 teaspoons curry,
a leek,
200 ml soup.

1. Boil the rice in salted water. When ready, set aside.
I use pre-cooked rice from Kaufland (a box contains 4 bags and costs 4 lei) packed in 125g bags, and now I used two bags.

2. Wash the meat, peel it and cut it wide. The leek is cleaned - I didn't have it, so I used a green onion - wash it and cut the slices.
The peppers are cleaned, washed and cut into strips.

3. In a hot wok pan, mine -) - put the oil, then put the vegetables to harden for 5 minutes.

Add the meat, sprinkle with curry and hot pepper.

I put a large spoonful of chopped hot peppers in vinegar - mix, cover with a lid and let simmer for a few minutes.
It tastes good with salt and pepper.
Add the soup and simmer for about 10 minutes.

4. The food is served hot on a bed of rice.

Garnish with a dill thread.
