Ingredients
For the pimento cheese filling:
- 12 hard-boiled egg yolks
- 1/2 Cup aged Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 2 Ounces cream cheese, at room temperature
- 1/4 Cup mayonnaise
- 1 Tablespoon hot sauce, such as TABASCO® brand green jalapeño sauce
- 3/4 Cups finely diced roasted red bell peppers
- 1 Gram ground black pepper
- 1/2 Teaspoon salt
For hard-boiled eggs:
- 24 hard-boiled egg whites, halved
- 1 Teaspoon hot sauce, such as TABASCO® brand original red sauce
- Kosher salt, to taste
- 1/2 Cup crispy bacon, for garnish (optional)
