METHOD OF PREPARATION:

2. During this time we will prepare the other ingredients for the pizza. For the sauce, sauté the tomatoes for a few minutes in hot water, clean them and finely chop them. We put them in a saucepan with a clove of garlic given through the press, a tablespoon of olive oil, finely chopped green basil leaves, pesto and salt. Let it boil for about 10 minutes, stirring often.

Heat the oven to 220 g, with heat up, down and ventilation.

3. After the dough has risen, divide it into 4 equal parts and spread a sheet on the worktop lined with flour. We move the sheet on the pizza tray, and for Pizza Margherita we sprinkle it with tofu given through a grater, and on top we grease it with tomato sauce. Cut a few cherry tomatoes in four and spread them over the pizza together with a few pieces of cheese. Put the tray in the oven and leave it for 10-12 minutes, or until it starts to brown. When we take it out of the oven, we will decorate it with a few basil leaves on top.

4. And for Pizza Salami we will spread a round sheet again, transfer it to the tray. Put a layer of tofu grated, and spread tomato sauce well on top. Sprinkle a few slices of salami, and sliced ​​black olives between them, and sprinkle with Parmesan on top. Put it in the oven for 10-12 minutes, let it cool and I wish you "Good appetite!"
