Margarine at room temperature is mixed with cold milk from the refrigerator, sugar, salt and sugar. Add flour, baking soda and get an elastic dough that we leave cold for an hour.

For the sheet we use 3/4 of the amount of dough, the rest we will need later to decorate the cake with dough hearts.

Push the dough from place to place with a fork, sprinkle the semolina on the entire surface of the sheet and add the hardened apples. Level them nicely with the back of a wooden spoon, so that the apples are evenly distributed throughout the tray.

The remaining dough is spread on the work table, we cut hearts of different sizes and place them over the apples, from place to place.

Put the tray in the oven until the hearts are browned and turn golden.

The temperature must be medium (170 degrees), the oven preheated.

I had the cake for about 40 minutes. the baked.

Remove the cake when it is baked, leave it to cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.
