Place the prepared pancakes on a plate and sprinkle on each pancake with a teaspoon of the sugar and cinnamon mixture.

Sundays are for snacks in our family and all this summer I modified and perfected my grandmother's recipe for apple pancakes that I posted almost 3 years ago. And every week it got better.   • 400 gr flour
  • 4 eggs
  • 6 tablespoons oil
  • 5 tablespoons sugar
  • 3 teaspoons baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 sachet of vanilla sugar.
  • A pinch of salt.

Method of preparation

The flour is mixed with baking powder, sugar and baking soda. The yolks are separated from the egg whites and each is mixed separately with a pinch of salt. Mix the milk with the oil and place over the yolks.

Mix the milk with the yolks over the flour, mix well and at the end add the egg whites, mixing carefully until you get a dense dough with a fluffy consistency.

Heat a pan, add a little butter, if there is too much butter in the pan, you can wipe with a napkin. In the center of the pan add a poland of dough, and it stretches depending on how much is needed. When the surface of the pancake loses its luster, it can be turned on the other side.

Continue the same process with all the pancakes until the dough is finished. At the end, you can add any syrup, honey or chocolate sauce over all the pancakes, depending on your preferences, but also fresh fruit and powdered sugar.

Ingredients:

  • 60 ml vegetable oil
  • 2 whole eggs
