I kneaded a flour dough, chopped butter, egg, sugar and salt, which I let cool for at least an hour.
Put the whipped cream in a saucepan with the milk and the broken chocolate pieces. Keep on low heat until the chocolate melts (should not boil). Remove the pan from the heat and add the egg. It is preferable to mix the composite now, for a perfect homogenization.
Heat the oven.
After the dough has rested in the fridge, take it out and spread it in a round tray.
Prick with a fork and put in the oven for about 12-15 minutes.
After baking, put the filling and put it in the oven for another 10 minutes on low heat.
Leave to cool, then put in the fridge overnight.
Portion and serve with grated chocolate on top.
