I saw this kind of pizza on the site and I was especially delighted by the countertop where the corn is combined with flour.
- For the dough:
- 400 gr flour
- 50 gr Malay
- 200 ml of milk
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 25 gr yeast
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- For topping:
- 100 gr chicken breast
- 100 gr kaizer
- 100 gr pressed ham
- 150 gr mozzarella
- 50 gr smoked cheese
- 200 gr mushrooms
- 1 red onion
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1 red
- spices: pepper, oregano, basil,
- green parsley
- 1 tablespoon sweet ketchup

RECIPE PREPARATION Pizza Calzone:
Prepare the dough as follows: heat the milk, rub the yeast with the sugar in a bowl, until liquefied and add the warm milk in which we dissolve the salt. Add a little oil and start to incorporate the flour and cornstarch by mixing with a wooden spatula. Then knead the dough on the work table greased with oil. A dough will come out not too hard and non-sticky. Put the dough back in the bowl, cover it with a kitchen towel and leave it to rise for 15 minutes.
Prepare the rest of the ingredients: chop the onion scales and put it to harden in a little hot oil. Drain the mushrooms well and add them over the onion, sliced. chew not to burn and cover with a lid. We clean and press it, we clean the tomato and chop it finely, then we add over it the ketchup, the pepper, the oregano and a little salt. We make a sauce that we add over the ingredients in the pan where we also add the chicken breast (mine was fried on the grill), the kaizer and the pressed ham, sliced. Stir a few times and remove from the heat. Let everything cool then add the chopped parsley.
Divide the dough in two or even four and spread each part on the work table in a round shape. Spread half of the dough from the composition in the pan, grate cheese and mozzarella and fold the other halves. Glue them tightly to the ends and place them in a greased or paper-lined tray. Bake them for 25-30 minutes at 180 degrees. 5 minutes before turning off the heat, take the tray out of the oven and grease the pizza on top with beaten egg and grate cheese.
I would recommend to increase the proportion of corn, it feels very pleasant in the dough!
