The spinach, well washed and scalded, finely chopped

Put 150 ml of oil in a saucepan

Let the oil heat up

Add flour, chewing constantly

Add the spinach, mix until incorporated with the flour

Gradually add milk, salt and pepper

Let it simmer for about 15-20 minutes

Add the crushed garlic

Let it simmer for another 5 minutes

Meanwhile, in a separate pan heat 100 ml of oil

Lightly break the eggs in the pan so that they do not spread

Season with salt and pepper

Let them fry for about 3 minutes, gradually adding oil over them with a spoon

Serve them together! Good appetite!
