Mix the sugar and vanilla sugar with the milk for the dough and put it on the iron until the sugar melts.

Leave to cool for 10-15 minutes. Then add the oil and baking powder with the ammonium quenched with a tablespoon of vinegar.

Leave to rise for 30 minutes.

Prepare the cream: beat the eggs well with the sugar (and the vanilla one), with the pudding and the essence, then mix with the cheese.

Beat for another 5 minutes with the mixer.

When finished, add the raisins.

Divide the dough in half and spread in the shape of a tray.

Put the first layer of dough, then the cream cheese, and then the other layer of dough.

Bake for 30-40 minutes at 200 degrees C.

Sprinkle powdered sugar on top and leave to cool
