Who does not like it? We certainly like it and it prepares pretty quickly. It's perfect for the days when I'm on the run :)

  • 6 slices of pork chop
  • 6 slices of ham
  • biscuit
  • flour
  • egg
  • salt pepper
  • frying oil

Servings: 6

Preparation time: less than 60 minutes

We beat the slices of meat with the hammer for the slices and then we season them with salt and pepper.

On each slice of meat we place a slice of ham (thinly sliced) and 2-3 pieces of cheese. We roll tightly taking care to turn the edges inwards (as in sarmale).

Pass the rolls through the flour and then through the egg and breadcrumbs and fry them in hot oil on all sides. Remove the rolls on absorbent paper to get rid of excess fat.

We serve them hot with our favorite garnish (we had crispy potatoes).
