First prepare the dough: crumble the yeast, add water and mix to dissolve the yeast. Add the yogurt, a teaspoon of salt, oil and flour, as much as it contains, stirring and kneading, until you get a thick but fluffy dough. Let it rest on the table for 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, mix, in a bowl, the cottage cheese with the sweet cheese, an egg, salt, to taste.
Sprinkle a little flour on the work table, spread the dough in a sheet suitable for the thickness, transfer it to a tart tray prepared with baking sheet. Cut off the excess dough, spread the cheese mixture, then garnish with pork breast, cut into thin strips.
From the remaining dough, a model is prepared with which to decorate the tart. Grease with a well beaten egg in a cup.
Put the tart in the preheated oven, over medium heat, for the first 10 minutes, then over low heat until well browned.
