Put the tablespoon of oil and the pieces of fried meat and sausages in a pan and let them heat well.

Beat eggs with pepper and mix with crushed bellows cheese.

Add salt only if you think the cheese is quite salty.

When the meat and sausages start to sizzle, pour the eggs into the pan.

Fry for 3-4 minutes on both sides until nicely browned.

Turn it over easily with a plate by overturning.

When it is ready, take it out on the plate and serve it with sourness.

I ate it with pickled watermelon!

Good appetite!

Tips sites

It is just as good with Telemea cheese.

If there is no meat left over from the "pork alms", the meat and sausages can be fried for 20-25 minutes in oil with salt and pepper, until they are fried.
