- 1.5 cups of flour

I like the muffins of the plump, which is wrapped over the form, so I always get fewer portions than the ones listed in the recipe. In this case, I made 9 muffins from:
- 140g of butter
- 140g of molasses (or brown sugar)
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 sachet baking powder
- 100g of flour
- 25g of cocoa
Preheat the oven and prepare the ingredients on the work table. The flour is sifted.
In a bowl put the dry ingredients: flour, baking powder, salt and sugar.
In another bowl, mix the liquid ingredients: egg, milk and oil. We split the vanilla stick and remove the beans with the tip of a knife. Put them in the bowl with liquid ingredients and mix.
Put the contents of the bowl with liquid ingredients on top of the one with dry ingredients and mix gently, with circular movements from top to bottom, just enough to incorporate the ingredients. It's okay if they stay lumpy.
If you use raspberries, you can add it now, taking care not to mix too much.
We put the muffin papers in the tray and with a spoon we add composition. If you do not use muffin papers, line the forms with oil and flour.
Put the tray in the oven for about 20 minutes on medium heat. The toothpick test can be done.
Remove to a grill and allow to cool.

Preheat the oven to 180 & degC and put the mini-cupcake papers in the special tray. In a large bowl, mix with the mixer at medium speed, 5 minutes, butter and sugar, until we have a foam and the sugar is almost not felt at all. Add eggs one at a time, stirring after each. Put the flour, salt and baking powder mixture and mix, then put all the milk, mixed with vanilla and rum, mix, then put the rest of the flour and mix until we have a homogeneous composition.
We put the composition in shapes, the simplest is to do this using 2 teaspoons, one with which you take the composition and one with which you push it into the shape, so that they are full. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the toothpick test passes. Let them cool completely before adding the cream.
On a wooden chopper, chop the chocolate and put it in a large bowl. In a saucepan put whipped cream, honey and butter. Bring to the boil, until the butter is completely melted and the whipped cream is hot. Pour over the chocolate, let it sit for 2 minutes, then stir until it has a glossy cream and all the chocolate is melted. The cream should stay cold for 5-6 hours or overnight to cool and harden.

- 200 ml sweet cream for whipped cream
- 1 sachet of whipping cream
- 200 grams of chocolate (100 grams of milk chocolate and 100 grams of dark chocolate)
Beat the whipped cream with the hardener. Meanwhile, melt the chocolate in a bain-marie. Allow the chocolate to cool slightly before use. Incorporate the melted chocolate into the whipped cream and mix until you get a fine cream. Let the cream cool slightly before decorating the cakes.
From now on, you have a free hand to disguise the small cakes as you wish.
- 250g white (or wholemeal) white wheat flour
- 150g coconut sugar
- half a teaspoon of vanilla and a pinch of salt
- a pinch of baking soda

How to prepare Vegan muffins:

100 g sugar
100 g flour
50 ml oil
1/2 teaspoon baking powder quenched with 1 teaspoon lemon juice
20 ml milk
2 tablespoons coconut
2 tablespoons chocolate flakes
Beat the egg whites hard with a pinch of salt. Add the sugar and continue to mix until the sugar melts. Put the yolks (one at a time or all at once) and mix lightly with a spoon or a fork.
