Put in a bowl flour, powdered sugar, cocoa and butter. Mix these ingredients well.
Add the egg yolk and water and continue mixing until you get a moldable composition.
Put the composition on the work surface lightly sprinkled with flour and spread a thin sheet.
We cut the composition into round shapes (or in any shape you want).
Wallpaper an oven tray with baking paper and place the cookies.
Put the tray in the preheated oven at 180 degrees C, for 10 minutes. ( no more )
Remove from the oven and allow to cool.
Separately put a small fire saucepan and melt, stirring constantly, chocolate, butter and sour cream. Put the cream in the fridge until it starts to harden a little and then put it in a bowl and decorate each cookie. Put half a walnut kernel over the cream and let everything harden very well.
In another saucepan, melt the chocolate and butter and, holding the walnut kernel, insert each cookie into the melted chocolate. Place them on a baking sheet and let the chocolate harden.
Before placing them on a plate, remove excess chocolate from the edges of the cookie.
Good appetite !
Sweets of all kinds
Mix eggs with a pinch of salt until it doubles in volume, then add the sugar and continue mixing until it doubles in volume.
Melt the butter, then mix it with the oil and vanilla essence and pour over the egg cream. Add flour mixed with baking powder and mix. We put the obtained dough in the fridge for 1 hour.
We form balls about the size of a walnut, which we roll in sugar in abundance. We put them in a tray lined with baking paper
and bake on medium heat for about 20 minutes.
Chocolate and walnut cookies
An ideal combination of chocolate and walnut for some delicious and fine cakes, excellent for a light dessert, or next to a cup of tea or steaming coffee, or & # 8230maybe a sweet snack for chocolate lovers.
They melt in the mouth of what they are, and the chocolate inside makes them special. They are basically like homemade fine biscuits, filled with chocolate, much more tender, tastier and very easy to make.
Some time ago I bought a few hundred grams of chocolate bars (black, with milk and white) and I was still thinking about what to use them and I thought of this variant of chocolate cookies. My choice was auspicious because it was a great success, and my cookies were consumed very quickly with great pleasure and joy. Too bad I only made one portion and only about 20 (double) cookies came out. Because itâ & # x20AC; & # x2122; s so deliciousâ & # x20AC; & # x2122; wonderfulâ & # x20AC ;?
Ingredients (20 pieces)
- 3 egg yolks
- 80 gr. powdered sugar
- 125 gr. butter
- 250 gr. flour
- 200 gr. black chocolate (I also put milk chocolate, white chocolate)
- 2 sachets of vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 100 gr. walnuts / hazelnuts lightly fried and cut larger for decoration
Method of preparation
-In a mixing bowl put the soft butter (at room temperature) and mix together with the powdered sugar and vanilla sugar until you get a frothy cream.
-Over the butter and sugar cream, add the egg yolks one by one, mix again, then add the flour.
-Mix all the ingredients and mix until an elastic dough results.
-From the resulting dough, a "ball" is formed, which is wrapped in food foil and left to cool in the refrigerator for about 1 hour.
-After approx. Remove the dough from the fridge for 1 hour and shape 40 dough discs about 0.5 cm thick with a variable diameter by hand, depending on the size of the piece of chocolate (I made them about 3.5 cm). There is also the simpler version in which you can spread a sheet of about 0.5 cm on the worktop, which was sprinkled with a little flour and with the help of a glass cut the dough discs.
-Put the two formed discs together, putting one pill / piece of chocolate on one of them.
-Press the edges well with your fingers to stick the pieces of dough well, to seal the biscuits well formed and then make balls. -The chocolate balls are lightly pressed to give the flattened shape of the cookie and placed on the baking tray lined with special baking paper. -Heat the oven to 180 ° C. -Put the tray in the oven and let the cookies bake for about 15-20 minutes, until lightly browned on the edges. -After they are ready, take the cookies out of the oven and leave them to cool in the pan. -Meanwhile we take care of the ingredients needed to decorate the cookies. -Slightly fry the walnuts or hazelnuts (whichever you prefer), cut larger and set aside. -The remaining chocolate is melted in a steam bath and the cookies are glazed with a brush.
