From the category of expired recipes, some time ago I made this chicken roll for the children's school package.

  • 1 chicken breast
  • Italian greens (grinder with rosemary, thyme, paprika, pepper, basil, salt)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • white wine (optional)

RECIPE PREPARATION Chicken breast roll for sandwich:

I deboned the chicken breast and cut it into thin strips, like for snails.

I placed three slightly overlapping chest strips and beat them. These will form a roll.

I ground a few spices on top and rolled the chicken breast.

I put the obtained roll in a tray, sprinkled it with a little oil and seasoned it well on top.

I also added a few drops of wine, for an extra flavor.

I put the tray in the oven and left the roll until it penetrated well. Check from time to time not to brown too much, the meat must remain juicy.

1. Peel the onion and cut it in half into slices. Fry the onion in a hot pan with vegetable oil until soft.

5. Grease the meat with the prepared sauce, then place the fried onion. Run it.

6. Cut another piece of baking paper and place 8 strips of bacon on it (the length of the strips should be equal to that of the roll obtained). Fold each even strip of bacon, covering about 1/3 of its length.

7. On the remaining edges of the odd strips place 2 strips of bacon. Then the strips appear, folded, unfold them back. So, we form a so-called "mowing" of bacon. You can also place the chicken breast rolls over the bacon and wrap them.

8. Line the baking tray with paper and place the roll. Grease the roll generously with the remaining sauce.

9. Place the tray in the preheated oven at 175 ° C for 1 hour. Baking time depends on each oven.

10. Place the aromatic and appetizing delicacy on a plate. Serve with great pleasure.


We prepare a chicken breast roll in stages

Cut the chicken breast as well as you can, in wide strips, as for the roll.

Initially I wanted to divide 1 piece of chicken pipette into 2, wide, but it didn't work out. So I adapted the course, and I got 7 rolls.

The filling is done as follows:

Diced salami + diced smoked cheese + finely chopped eggs + 1/2 finely chopped onion mix.

Then add the greens, melted cheese and spices.

Then comes the packing.

A slice of chicken breast, over which put 1 slice of melted cheese, over which put 1 slice of ham, then the filling.

  1. Chop the pepper, carrot, green onion and ham into small cubes. Chop the pickles and squeeze the water. I chopped them very, very small, they looked like confetti. It is important only if you use raw red peppers to chop it very finely so that it has time to cook. Otherwise, the size depends on you, on how you want the roll section to look, with the bigger pieces of vegetables or with the drops (as I wanted it to come out).
  2. Put the chicken, raw eggs, cheese and season with salt and pepper in the food processor. Grind everything well for 1 minute until you get a paste.
  3. Put the pasta over the diced vegetables and ham and mix well.
  4. Be prepared to preserve (I used a 400 gr can): cut it at both ends. Cut a rectangle out of baking paper with which you can line the inside of the can. Grease the baking paper with oil.
  5. Place baking paper on the oven tray (simple, do not grease). Place the can, standing, on paper. Insert the canned greased paper with the greased side facing inwards (see picture 5).
  6. Fill the can with the chicken and vegetable mixture. Fill carefully so that no gaps remain. Cut off excess baking paper on top, if necessary. Cover the can with aluminum foil.
  7. Bake at 180C for 35-40 minutes. In the last 5 minutes, remove the aluminum foil.
  8. Remove the pan from the oven and let the roll cool down.
  9. Gently lift the can (it will come out very easily) and the roll is ready, it just needs to be sliced ​​when serving.
  10. Keep it in the refrigerator, standing (so as not to deform), covered with foil.

Chicken breast roll

Prepare a tray and line it with baking paper greased with oil.

Arrange the filleted chicken on top and season with salt and pepper.

We prepare an omelet from: eggs, mushrooms, onions, peppers. Finely chopped mushrooms and onions are hardened in a little oil. Add the finely chopped pepper, salt and pepper. Let the vegetable mixture cool.

Beaten eggs are mixed with vegetables and then put in a pan and put everything in the oven for 10-15 minutes. When the omelette is cooked, let it cool in the pan. The goose breast is cut into slices.
