Rub the butter, at room temperature, until it acquires a frothy appearance, then mix continuously and add the sugar and vanilla sugar, egg whites and sifted flour, previously mixed with baking powder.

At the end we add the chocolate pieces. The obtained composition is inserted in an ornamental cone with the help of which small piles of various shapes are formed, on a greased tray or with a baking sheet. I made small balls in the first phase and then I added a spoonful of cocoa and gave them an elongated shape.

Bake at 160 - 180 degrees for 15 - 20 minutes.

Serve after cooling, with milk or plain.
