The hammers are washed and their skin is removed.

Rinse them again, then dab them with kitchen towels to get rid of excess water.

Preheat the oven to 185 degrees.

Wallpaper the baking tray with baking paper.

Put the hammers in a bowl, add 3/4 of the amount of sauce in the jar, sprinkle salt and pepper to taste, then the dried basil and mix well to coat the hammers on the entire surface of the sauce.

Then place the hammers in the lined tray, sprinkle with hemp seeds and place the tray in the oven until the hammers are evenly browned on all sides (we turn them from time to time).

Serve with the rest of the sauce or any garnish.

Good appetite!

How to eat c & acircnepa seeds

With a taste reminiscent of pine and sunflower seeds, onion seeds can be easily integrated into a healthy diet. There are several ways you can consume these nutritious seeds, rich in healthy proteins and lipids.

You can consume acorn seeds as such or you can enjoy various products obtained from acorn seeds, such as acorn oil, acorn milk or protein acorn powder.

To benefit from the positive effects of c & acircnepa seeds on the body, you can add them to:

  • fruit smoothies
  • oatmeal with milk or yogurt
  • Fruit Salad
  • protein bars / candies from various nuts, seeds and dried fruits
  • favorite salads (from various leaves and vegetables, & icircn potato salad, tabbouleh salad etc)
  • sprinkled over grilled vegetables
  • various vegetable pies (for example, sprinkled with hummus)

We recommend the consumption of raw hemp seeds because their exposure to high temperatures leads to the destruction of nutrients, especially fatty acids in their composition. The best storage conditions for iced seeds are dry and cool places, away from heat and direct light.

In general, it is recommended to consume 1-3 tablespoons of corn seeds per day. Consumption can be increased gradually, to give the body time to adapt to the seeds of c & acircnepa.

Corn seeds can be eaten even by people with intolerance to gluten, lactose, even by pregnant and lactating women. They are indicated for vegans and vegetarians, people who practice sports, due to the increased intake of protein that & icircl provides.

To enjoy all the benefits that cannabis seeds can offer you, for extra health and variety in nutrition, do not hesitate to buy dehulled cannabis seeds from the Solaris online store. Their price varies depending on the weight you choose from the range of products in stock.

Sleep in fragrant crust

After the salami cooked with the ebucaria, our appetite for fish and good luck with our mother-in-law opened up, who, as always, sent us a big nap, which we portioned and put in the freezer, so from time to time when following sleepy recipes. Keep close, okay? Until then, a very simple but effective recipe: a nap (or a piece of sleep better said) in the crust of aromatic herbs and mustard.

Ingredient:
& # 8211 a piece of sleep (or other fish) about 1 kg
& # 8211 3 tablespoons herbs from Provence
& # 8211 2 tablespoons traditional mustard, with whole grains and strong aroma
& # 8211 salt, pepper
& # 8211 2 cloves of garlic
& # 8211 4-5 tablespoons olive oil

We wash the fish well on all sides, I think that goes without saying. Then mix the rest of the ingredients (salt and pepper to taste) with which we grease the fish everywhere. It is then important to leave the fish in the fridge for about 1 hour to allow the flavors to blend. Then put it in the oven heated to 200 degrees, 30 minutes, in a tray with baking paper or silicone sheets.

If you don't have ready-made Provencal herbs, although they can now be found in any hypermarket, you can prepare them at home, the ingredients being something like this: 4 tablespoons of dried oregano, 4 tablespoons of dried thyme, 2 lavender flowers (from the food ones, which find at the plafar), 1 tablespoon of dried basil, 1 tablespoon of sage and one tablespoon of rosemary. Regarding the mustard, it is very important to use a traditional or peasant one, as you want to call it, which has whole grains, various types of mustard seeds, because it has a very strong aroma and will give a special taste to the fish.

The end of sleep came with difficulty, I had the impression that the 30 minutes no longer passed, in which the whole house smelled bestial. I matched it with a simple salad, a piece of radicchio, 1 carrot, a handful of cherry tomatoes and a vinaigrette of 2 tablespoons of olive oil, a tablespoon of balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper.

The catfish prepared according to this recipe can be fried very well on the grill, especially since catfish is a fatter fish and is suitable for this. Good luck and if we keep talking about more special grilled things, try Andrei Crivat's little ones from May 1, which should not be missed if you want a fresher, healthier alternative and much closer to the original recipe of smaller than any commercial tinita paste.

And since we don't have a serious fish garnish, we can turn it into & # 8220something & # 8221, after a bean soup in bread, which we made last week and which was crazy!

What is Tataki?

According to Wikipedia, Tataki is a Japanese method of cooking meat or fish.

This involves sealing the piece of fish (or meat) by quickly frying it in a well-heated pan, then slicing it.

Tataki is served with sesame, ginger and soy sauce, almost like a sashimi. The difference between the two is that sashimi is served 100% raw, while tataki has a lightly fried crust on the outside.

Usually, tataki is made with beef, tuna or salmon.

And now that you know what it is, I need to explain to you how to do it.

BENEFITS

  • An important source of complete protein, containing all the essential amino acids. In addition, protein from the seeds of c & acircnepa has a special composition, 65% globular protein called edestin and 35% albumin. Both are rich in amino acids, are easily digested and absorbed by the human body.
  • It offers a richness of vitamins and minerals and an intake of vegetable fibers
  • Cinnamon seeds naturally have an ideal 3: 1 ratio for the human body between Omega 6 and Omega 3. Alpha-linolenic (AAL, Omega 3 component) and linoleic (AL, Omega 6 component) fatty acids help maintain normal levels of cholesterol in the blood. Essential fatty acids are also necessary for the normal development and growth of children. These beneficial effects are obtained at a daily consumption of 2g of AAL and 10g of AL
  • A 30g serving of Hemp Essentials seeds provides 10g of protein, 1.8g of fiber, 2g of alpha-linoleic acid (AAL), 8g of linoleic acid (AL) and less than 1g of carbohydrates.
  • Hemp Essentials seeds are an excellent plant source of protein, making them a possible substitute for animal protein and thus playing an important role in the vegetarian, vegan and raw vegan diets.
  • Due to the fact that no allergens have been detected in the composition of hemp seeds and the care with which Canah selects the raw material, Hemp Essentials husked hemp seeds are suitable for people who are lactose or gluten intolerant and those who are sensitive to others.
  • Hemp Essentials are an ideal source of energy and are among the most nutritious seeds in the world. That is why we treat them with due respect, with minimal processing. We keep all the nutritional benefits offered by hemp seeds by peeling (peeling) them cold. The core thus obtained is white, with a soft, velvety consistency and has a unique, delicious taste, similar to walnut or pine seeds. Nature took care to wrap the kernel seed kernel in a green, delicate chlorophyll-containing foil. Its presence can be noticed, to some extent, in the peeled hemp seeds. The nutrient richness contained in the kernel seeds consists of a generous percentage of vegetable protein, polyunsaturated fatty acids, vitamins (B1, B3, B6 and E) and minerals (phosphorus, potassium, magnesium, iron, zinc, copper and manganese). . Hemp Essentials ECO seed seeds come from organically certified crops, obtained without the use of chemicals, without genetic intervention and which are in harmony with nature and the environment. Grilled veal chop in seed crust

Last week I ran a & # 8222session & # 8221 of barbecues in the rain. In fact, I was caught in the rain in the end, but it's not bad, the result of the work was satisfactory enough and the T-shirts change quickly. One of the dishes I put on the grill finds its place in today's article. See:

First I lit the coals. I decided to give up solid spirit, it emits too much smoke, I will learn to use twisted newspapers, I hear that it works perfectly with & # 8222cana & # 8221 de la Weber. On the occasion of the next barbecue, I will pose a tutorial for this, maybe it will be useful to someone, at least to those as "smart" as me.

I took care of the garnish first (I prefer to do without it, although it is tasty, but I can't force my guests to eat meat only with salad). I took a kilogram of new small potatoes, rubbed them well with the dishwashing sponge (with one dedicated to potatoes, not the one soaked in detergent), boiled them in salted water and then mixed them with oil, salt , pepper and rosemary. I put them on the grill and left them under the lid to bake / smoke for about a quarter of an hour.

The meat, veal chop, was cold. To make sure it would be tender after cooking, I took it out of the fridge an hour before putting it on the grill, to get some air, to warm it slightly and to relax. It is good to do this with any kind of meat you want to put on the grill.

Until the meat stayed and while the potatoes were cooking (even after putting them on the grill) I made a sauce for grilling. This sauce goes perfectly with lean meat but seems to go a little better with fatty meats, with pork ribs for example. I made it the first time I had a barbecue in Timișoara and it was successful. I decided to include it in my menu. It's simple (the idea came to me by passing the shelf with jams) to make, it contains few ingredients: raspberry jam, tomato juice and hot peppers.

I mixed the jam with the tomato juice, added the hot pepper and put them all in a pot with a thick bottom. I placed the pot on one side of the grill, in a place away from the heat, to slowly lower it. You can put the pot on the stove but I saved time and movement, which I recommend to you.

In a quarter of an hour, at most 20 minutes, the sauce has dropped properly. ”I remind you, don't rush it, it's better that the fire under the pot is small.

Let's go back to the chop. A month ago (or so) I received a few hemp products for testing. They haven't tied my hands so far, I don't know why. Well, I had started eating raw hemp seeds (I hear they are very healthy but I test them on myself before I tell you more about them) but so far I haven't used them in recipes. I used them now.

I rolled the chops through the hemp seeds.

I put them on the hot grill.

After 3 minutes I turned them over and left them on the other side for about two minutes.

The meat came out tender (after I took it off the grill I let it rest for about 5 minutes, on a covered plate), tasty even if I didn't season it with anything.

The hemp seeds did not disappoint me, they got a good, ripe corn taste. However, I think I will try to use them more raw. If you want to see other recipes that incorporate hemp seeds, tell me, I have some ideas.

HOMEMADE BREAD WITH SEEDS

When it comes to seed bread, I instantly remember an exhibition where I tasted a multitude of types with black or wholemeal flour, with various seeds and of course with a crust so good that you ate it empty without thinking about any diet.

Today I will prepare a homemade bread recipe with seeds where I will use a mix of white and wholemeal flour with a mixture of various seeds - pumpkin, flax, sesame and sunflower.

  • 400 gr. White flour
  • 200 gr. wholemeal flour
  • 250 ml. the water
  • 150 ml. Soya milk
  • 20 gr. fresh yeast
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 50 ml. olive oil
  • 3 teaspoons seed mix

I start, as usual, with a mayonnaise that I prepare from yeast rubbed with sugar, a tablespoon of flour and very little warm water. After 10-15 minutes it is ready to be incorporated in the mixture of white and wholemeal flour.

I put the salt aside as much as possible so that it does not come into direct contact with the prepared yeast.

Gradually add the water and milk that I heated a little before, then knead the dough until I mix all the flour.

Pour the oil and continue kneading for 10-15 minutes until you get a very thick crust.

When I feel it is almost ready, I add the seeds, knead a few more times to incorporate them evenly, then I test the dough with my finger to see if it is ready. It returns to its original shape so I cover it with a foil greased with oil over which I put a towel and leave it to rise for about 50 minutes.

I sprinkle a little flour on the counter when I turn over the leavened crust, I take the air out of it through a very short kneading and I shape it so that it fits in my cake tray.

I leave it to rise for another 15-20 minutes, after which I grease it with a little water and then sprinkle some seeds and a flour powder.

Bake in two stages in the oven preheated to 210 °.

I will leave the bread for the first time at this temperature for 25 minutes and lower the temperature for another 20 minutes to 190 °.

It really is a very successful bread that is barely enough for 2 days.
