Cut the turkey into small pieces, put it in a bowl and cover with yogurt. Sprinkle curry on top and lime peel then mix well and let it cool for an hour.
The vegetables are cleaned, washed and cut into thin strips. The vegetables are put on the fire and salted. After soaking, add the almost boiled rice with the remaining water and add the anise. Let it boil for another 5 minutes. and it's ready.
In a wok with hot oil put the meat with yogurt and all, slices of hot pepper and a cup of pineapple juice. Let it boil until the sauce decreases. Add salt if needed. When ready add chopped green parsley.
Turkey curry - what ingredients you need to prepare
Here are the ingredients you need for 3 servings.
Meat - I used a turkey wing, but it can also be used chicken breast, chicken legs, etc.
Unsweetened coconut flakes, a large ripe tomato or quality broth, curry (found in Asian spice stores but also in hypermarkets in special districts), turmeric (powder or fresh - found in health food stores, supermarkets, etc.), onions, garlic, salt, hot pepper powder, oil resistant to high temperatures (found in health food stores).
Rice pilaf with turkey meat
I was indebted to the turkey rice pilaf recipe. I used to do the classic pilaf, but this version seemed better to me and it seems that I do it more and more often.
Put the meat to boil in about 2 liters of water.
Add a little salt and simmer with a lid. When the meat is cooked, take it out and put it in a heat-resistant dish. Fry the rice for 1 minute in a little oil, then put it over the meat (I cut the liver and the pipette into smaller pieces). Add 3 cups of soup in which the meat was boiled. If it is not enough, fill it with water.
Put the dish in the oven over low heat. Leave for 15 minutes, stirring lightly.
Serve with salad or pickles.
