Put the pasta to boil in boiling salted water.
Meanwhile, prepare the tomato sauce. Finely chop the onion and fry it in a little oil.
When it turns golden, add the finely chopped garlic, the mashed tomatoes with the blender and the water.
Season with salt, pepper, a few flakes of chili and oregano.
Let it boil for 15 minutes then turn off the heat.
