Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 1 Tablespoon honey
  • 1 Cup almond milk
  • 1 Tablespoon cashew or peanut butter
  • 2 Tablespoons chopped walnuts
  • 1 Tablespoon chia seeds
  • Pinch of cinnamon
  • Handful coconut flakes
  • 1 Tablespoon flax seed powder
  • 1/4 Cup soursop (guanabana) puree, frozen

Directions

Mix all ingredients in a blender until blended. Pour and serve.

You may also chill for a few hours or add ice cubes.
